Despite my extensive background in psychology and trauma training- nothing compares to navigating my own journey of healing.

I have learned what it takes to heal through anxiety, depression, body shame, love, heartbreak, divorce, being a single mama, trying to find myself, all while feeling REALLY uncertain in relationships…
